Who is Jim?
Jim Wirt is a well experienced (old) man. He has been involved in the tech industry for a long time (dinosaur), however; he enjoys working with younger people hoping they will receive the same fulfillment he has. He aspires to lead and coach the younger generation to help them be the best possible person they can be. While helping them become a better version of themselves he also helps them grow in their career in order for them to reach the utmost success.

Job Description: Jim's job is filled with many responsibilities. In order to understand how crucial he is let's try to paint a picture for you. You have this three-tiered cake, standing tall and proud, but how does it stay together? In order for a multi-layer cake to not fall over, it is held up by dowels. These are the rods that are placed around the cake when it is made. They are there for support and are very important. Without these dowels being strategically placed around the cake, it falls. Jim makes sure we do not fall. He is there for support and to build up the team when things get rocky.
He brings many valuable traits when it comes to his work. He makes decisions, he is there for comfort when it is needed, and he communicates the vision and culture of the business to his staff. Trust is built because he takes the time to form that relationship with each individual on the team, and of course, last but not least, he has had thirty years of software trouble shooting experience so he's really pretty techy.
More on a personal level...
His favorite quote is John 17:3. It says "Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent."
Question: "On your very best day at work - the day you come home and think you have the best job in the world - what did you do that day?"
Jim: "I would have been able to become closer to the people I work with, and we would have come together to accomplish a great task. Everyone brings very unique skills to the team, and it really amazes me the work that we can do. I would have also had the chance to play softball that day while at the same time drinking about 12 cups of foo-foo coffee."
He is there for his team, he is there for his clients, and he is a pro at making a batting lineup!
